description - Widespread and inexpensive method of treatment. Does not require complex devices and special premises. Layer of antiseptic of minimum thickness.
- Surface level of antiseptic 1-2 mm. Treatment possible only with use of special tubs. For increasing of service length repeated treatment is required every 4-6 months.

How the process happens
Wood is put into a special chamber and vacuum is created
With the vacuum preserved, an antiseptic is pumped in.
Excess pressure is created for deep penetration into the wood’s structure.
The final vacuum removes excess of the solution from the wood.
Gradually the air is let in, evening out with the atmospheric pressure, allows for deeper penetration of the antiseptic into the wood.

Why choose impregnation?
Brush coating is just a temporary protection. Wood constantly soaks in and gives away moisture, which creates fractures.

Is it eco-friendly?
The main components are copper carbonate and boric acid. Impregnation is used ubiquitously in Northern Europe where environment protection standards are high

What color options are available?
Initially green, the board turns to a pleasant honey color as the UV-exposure happens. It is advised to coat the impregnated board with special oil of your preferred coloring.

Recisely, how many years will it serve?
It is more correct to ask, how many times longer than plain wood. In water-saturated soil is different from indoors. But the confident answer is: 3 times longer than plain. It depends on conditions of use and the amount of antiseptic.

What is the difference between thermo board and impregnated one?
Thermo board is expensive and fragile, and can only be used for finish, while impregnated board’s price is friendly, and it can be used for basic structures.
